Changes in the Wind

Changes in the Wind

It’s a windy weekend in Chicago and we’ve seen some changes here at the Two Urns.  Our Blue Room has been freshened up and rearranged in what we think offers more space.

We also have a new Booking Engine, so when you click on the “Check Availability” you will see a new price structure – the most reasonable, Non-Refundable Rate is for our guests, who know when they plan on visiting and know they want to be with us specifically.  These rates are the lowest possible and our Returning Guests will be receiving an e-mail letting them know about their special promo code that takes an extra $5 off per night for any new reservations, except for OTA rates through third party sources (Booking.com, Bed and Breakfast.com, Airbnb, Expedia, etc.).  FYI, you will always find the least expensive rates on-line at this website for Two Urns.

Our new Best Available Rate still has a 7 day cancellation period (Noon CST) for those who may not be so sure of their dates of travel.

We’ve also made it super easy to give a Gift Certificate to any one you choose.  Just click on the new “card” on our website’s front page marked “Gift Certificate” and you can fill in the amount you wish to purchase (starting at $100) and where to send the gift certificate and it will be emailed out immediately.  There is no expiration date so it’s the perfect gift any time of the year for Moms, newlyweds, or babymooners.

We hope the wind blows you our way again real soon when you can enjoy Chicago in the best of weather – so plan ahead, our rates do change based on demand and the rate you see today, may not be the one posted tonight or tomorrow.

April’s No Fool Special 2014

Blue skies and warm weather is headed to Chicago in April!

Blue skies and warm weather are headed to Chicago in April!

I always loved playing April Fool jokes on my mother, but now I do the reverse – the joke’s on me as Two Urns offers a great discount for the month of April.

Book any room on April 1st, 2014 for just $89 Sunday – Thursday or $99/night Friday/Saturdays  for any length of stay during the month of April – valid for any number of nights, but no other discounts are available on this great rate.   This is a one day wonder of a deal and it’s no joke.  So help us welcome the warmer winds of April (they just gotta be better than March) this April Fool’s Day.
