Payment

Reservations require a valid credit card on file.

One-night stays are payable at the time of booking the room.  We do not take a “deposit” when you book through us directly for 2 or more night stays; however, your credit card will be charged within the week prior to arrival after the 100% cancellation period has ended (Noon CST 7 days prior to arrival).  One night bookings are accepted as an exception to our normal minimum stay policy and are payable at the time of booking and are non-refundable for any reason.  Bookings made less than 7 days prior to arrival are also charged in full at the time of confirmation.

We accept Visa,  MasterCard,  Discover, American Express credit cards.

If you wish to pay with a business check, the check must be received before the cancellation deadline, so your credit card will not be automatically charged.  Personal checks are accepted 2 weeks prior to arrival so that there is sufficient time to clear.  We do not accept wire transfers and special arrangements must be made if you wish to pay cash on arrival.

Bookings made through Priceline.com or Booking.com do require a one night non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.  The balance due will be charged the week prior to arrival.

Guests, whose credit card has expired or is declined for any reason, will need to contact us immediately to provide a different card or updated expiry dates.  If payment is not made 7 days prior to arrival and guests do not contact us when we ask for additional information, the booking may be cancelled based on the innkeeper’s discretion.
