We pride ourselves on offering the best of amenities at our B&B with the most reasonable rates in Chicago! Yes, you might find a slightly lower rate, but our rates include a full breakfast with freshly baked muffins and a hot entree, free parking, guest kitchens with free coffee and tea; free laundry access; and loans from our free DVD library.
Discounts: We do offer a 15% discount on rates when 3 or more nights are booked from March 1st -December 7th when booked on this website only; a 10% discount is offered on rates when bookings are made for 3 or more nights via telephone with us directly: 773-235-1408.
During January, February and parts of December we offer our deeply discounted “Winter Break Rates” when there is no discount for longer stays and generally weekends only require a 2 night stay – just check on-line under “Check Availability.”
