- We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
- Guests, who do not check-in or make an appointment for their check-in before 6 pm may be turned away as a “no show” and are responsible for the costs of the full reservation.
- Guests are not allowed to bring any un-registered adults or children into guestrooms or apartments for overnight stay without registering them at check-in.
- There is a $100 per person (adult or child) per night charge for bringing any un-registered guest(s) to stay overnight.
- Each room has a maximum occupancy allowed.
- Registered guests may have friends or family over, but must respect quiet times at the inn.
- Guests are expected to be considerate of others and to be quiet after 10 pm and before 7 am daily.
- No cots, fold aways or air mattresses are provided or allowed.
- Guests are not allowed to “camp out” or sleep in commonly shared areas of the inn. If you need a room with more than one bed, please book accordingly.
- Guests are to wear appropriate attire to breakfast and must have on house slippers or shoes – no bare or stocking feet during breakfast room.
- No disorderly conduct, inappropriate language or public drinking (on sidewalk or in alley).
- No disruption of our neighbors
- No use of banned substances
- No use of or carrying concealed or un-concealed weapons is allowed while in residence
- Guests are expected to register any vehicles parked on our property at the time of registration.
- Un-registered cars are subject to towing at guest’s expense.
- It is unwise to leave valuables in plain view in your vehicle anywhere in Chicago.
- Management is not responsible for damage to or items stolen from your vehicle while you are in Chicago or parked in our designated parking spaces or garage.
- Guests using the garage space should understand that it is a 2 car garage and they are to park on one side or another, but never in the middle of the garage, so that other guests are not inconvenienced.
