- We will mail back items you have forgotten to take with you upon request.
- There is a minimum charge of $10.00 or the total cost of the postage and shipping (packing), whichever is higher.
- We do not forward on to guests or third party addresses any items that were purchased and were not delivered before a guest has checked out at 11 am. As we are not the original shipper of those items, we cannot be responsible for handling or forwarding them to a new address no matter what the contents.
- Packages or mail that is received after you have departed will be declined and/or returned to the original shipper. Please allow adequate time for shipping of items or use overnight service so that they arrive before you check-out.
